How do you love you job?...sorry about the question. Please look around at your workplace and calculate what is the ratio of male to female population in the workplace. I bet it the result won't be a big number now, would it? So, what does that mean. That means we have almost equal of male and female population distributed in our workplace. It was not the same just a few decades ago. Females were less in number compared to males in the working class. May be it was because women used to be much more "quiet and passive" in the workplace due to the relatively small number of female employees in comparison to males.Females were also not seen equal to males in terms of mind and body strength. That why females hesitated to participate in outer economical world and made their time in use to household. But now as you can see things have changed. Women have been successful in all the sectors as men are using their god given intelligence and organization. Women has improved in lot in terms of their numeric representation in the working class and now has grown equal to men. Through this blog i would want to conduct a research in what is the male to female population ratio in your workforce and see if some odd comes out? please participate and follow the blog to report you answer.
